What size motor options did the 1970 Camaro get?

We have a Chevelle and know that 1970 was the pinnacle for performance when it came to power for the muscle car era. So for the Camaro was this also true in 1970 was that the most powerful Camaro during that time era or was the 69 Camaro the most powerful between the 1st Gen and 2nd Gen Camaros???

Thanks for all the power numbers Paul. Thats cool they had the LS-6 available for the Camaro with 500 HP WOW WOW WOW! I bet those are so rare today huh?

I wasnt aware you could get the LS6 in the Camaro I thought it was only available in the Chevelle back then. Good info to know... thanks!
